With over 23 years of global experience in the life sciences & biometrics industry, Manohar brings extensive expertise from diverse leadership roles across premier sponsor companies and Contract Research Organizations (CROs). His vision is to establish CPVIA as a world-class partner for life sciences, biostatistics, and medical device services. He seamlessly combines operational excellence with innovative global solutions to consistently deliver outstanding results on the international stage.

Avanti Koduru

HEAD OF ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS & COMPLIANCE

Holding an MBA from a notable US university and possessing proven expertise in enterprise systems architecture and compliance, Avanti ensures CPVIA maintains the highest standards of operational efficiency. Through a strategic approach to technology implementation and compliance management, she plays a pivotal role in strengthening the organizational infrastructure and safeguarding company’s commitment to excellence across all internal policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.

With over 20 years of experience across global life sciences organizations and an M.S. in Engineering Management from a premier U.S. university, Sudheer brings world-class expertise to his role at CPVIA. Having held key roles at top companies and healthcare institutions in the United States, he returned to India and lead’s CPVIA's Corporate Strategy, Biostatistics, and Programming division. His deep knowledge of global regulatory standards, technical management and cross-functional data environments drive scientific excellence and innovation across the company.
